I have a rental that needed a few items: replace deck rails, rotting wood, replace and repair double hung windows, install electrical outlets, new door. So far, all the work was done on time and satisfactorily. I am having them paint the exterior next week and replace outdoor lighting. They are professional, reliable, and reasonably priced which allows me to get my unit looking great. I highly recommend This and That Handyman Services to anyone, both rental and personal work.
